Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Worn and used products
- Damaged products during transit
Returns and Exchange
We provide 10 day hassle-free return & exchange from the date of delivery and further 5-7 days for the returned products to be delivered back to us. Please read the following Returns and Exchange Timeline to know the complete process of return and exchange of Ourdrobe’s Products.
Ourdrobe’s process for return and exchange for eligible products.
- Please reach out to us at ourdrobe@gmail.com along with the pictures of the received product and mention the issue for which you want your product to be returned and exchanged.
- For Reverse Pickup, we’ll assign an agent from our delivery partners that will reach your doorsteps within 48 hours once you’ve initiated the returns and exchange process.
- Please be available at your mentioned address and keep the products in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
- All items must be in unused conditions with all labels and tags and original packaging intact.
- Products without labels, tags and original product packaging are not eligible for a refund. Products worn, in a dirty condition, and/or torn due to negligence of courier partner are also not eligible for refunds.
- Once your package is properly inspected and marked as eligible for returns by our shipping partner, we’ll transfer the product for the shipment to be delivered to us.
- Once we have received your returned products, we’ll inspect the products from our end and let you know via your email that we’ve received your returned products. We’ll notify you about your exchange products details through your email.
- Exchanged products will once again take the same Shipment time of 7-10 days to reach your door steps.
- Please note that any item that is prompted to be returned and exchanged more than 10 days after delivery will not be accepted.
- Once an item has already been exchanged, it will not be eligible for more returns and exchanges.

For Self shipping returns
In case your pincode is non-serivceable for a reverse pickup, you’ll have to courier it us.
- For self shipping, customer will have to self inspect the product by themselves and mail us within the return and exchange period that you will be self shipping the product back to us. You’ll have to attach product images along with the ORDER ID and your phone number in your mail so that our team can reach out to you.
- All items must be in unused conditions with all labels and tags and original packaging intact.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
- We highly recommend our customers to use SPEED POST courier service that is provided by The Government of India. It is highly reliable and safe method of courier service
Refunds
- Once your products are delivered to us, and after inspection we find you eligible for the refund, We’ll notify you regarding the refund eligibility and process via your mail address.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Self -Shipping costs paid by customers are non-refundable.
- Original Transaction details that have been submitted by you while purchasing the products will be used for refunds. We will process your refund through the same channel/mode .We will not change the channel/mode of payment.
- The refund period may vary for different banks and modes.
- We aim to process refunds as soon as possible and within 30 working days, from the day we confirmed your eligibilty for refund.
- We advise you to keep checking your bank details throughout the refund period. We’ll notify you when the refund has been initiated and when the refund has been processed completely.
